Knowing When It's Time to Move On

What to Expect:
Together we'll explore what it means to recognize when something has run its course, even something beautiful and meaningful. This gathering is a space to honor endings, to acknowledge growth and evolution, and to give ourselves permission to let things go when they no longer serve. We'll discuss how moving on isn't failure; it's alignment. It's honoring both what was and what's becoming.

Guiding Prompts:

  • How do you know when something is ready to end, even if it's been good?

  • What has Friday Focus given you, and what are you ready to move toward now?

  • How can you honor an ending while staying grounded in what comes next?

Brand Moment:
We'll reflect on how seasons change in our brands and our lives. Sometimes what served us beautifully for a time needs to shift. Sometimes the way we've been showing up needs to evolve. Recognizing that shift, and honoring it, is a form of integrity. We'll explore how to say goodbye to things we love without guilt, and how endings often make space for something new to emerge.

Takeaway:
Knowing when to move on is wisdom, not abandonment. It's honoring yourself enough to realign.
