Studio Alder is an interior design studio rooted in romance, emotion, and quiet storytelling. Founded by best friends Aria and Cat, the studio was born from a shared love for nature, antiques, and the beauty found in imperfection. With a deeply intuitive eye, they see beyond surfaces uncovering mystery, history, and feeling within every space they touch.
Guided by the belief that environments have the power to shape how we feel, Studio Alder designs spaces that invite fulfillment, contentment, and a true sense of belonging. The Concept
The visual identity for Studio Alder was crafted with the same intention that defines their design philosophy. At the heart of the brand is a hand-drawn cursive mark, weaving two monograms together to symbolize both partnership and imperfection an elegant nod to the founders’ bond and their appreciation for the unrefined and the antique.
The mark is framed within a crest-like shape, reminiscent of an old, weathered stamp, evoking a sense of timeless grace and quiet nostalgia. This motif reflects Studio Alder’s love for pieces that carry stories and echoes of the past.
Supporting the mark is a rich, warm, earthy color palette inspired by nature, tones that feel grounded, romantic, and enduring. Together, the identity captures the essence of Studio Alder: elegance softened by time, mystery layered with emotion, and a deep respect for spaces that are meant to be felt as much as they are seen.
